Sweet Medicine
For a brief (approximately two-month) period of One Eye open's third year, it seemed as if it might be fun to return to the duo genre, at least on a part-time basis. Sweet Medicine was the result. A demo was recorded and distributed, and we began booking the band in quiet venues like Bentley's in Woodstock, Vermont. It soon became apparent that the chemistry, politics, and a few other key things were not going to work, so the duo was disbanded. A lot of folks are still playing the demo, though, including Emily on her own website, and I'm gratified that (judging from the web stats) this brief moment in musical history has been a useful part of Em's online resume!
