2013 has continued to bring many changes to Windswept Acres as our renovations continue. The season has officially begun, with many guests and a number of functions already booked, so we've been diligent in repairing winter's damage and preparing our rooms, old and new.
With a wedding coming Memorial Day weekend, we've been hard at work at landscaping.... and with no large animals on the property, we're busy changing the old barnyard and garden into another area for guests to hang out! Many thanks to Malcolm Ward and Excavation Unlimited for some great work!
We've also added another cherry tree and a few more apple trees to the orchard, with a new Damson plum offspring poking its little head up as well.
Please note that we've added an RV site -- complete with electric hookup, dry-well for grey water, and even phone (for long-termers) to our offerings.
