After over a decade of working in cooperation with Innevi (formerly Quest Computer Services) in Randolph, Vermont, Windswept Productions made the decision in 2003 to enter into a reseller relationship with them as well.
Although this might seem unnecessary -- our prices are the same, as are available features -- it makes perfect sense to our clients: the reason is support and communication.
As a smaller business entity with a more limited list of clients, Windswept Productions is able to devote more time and attention to each individual account, including 24-7 support when needed. Our relationship with our co-providers assures that issues can be resolved efficiently and effectively.
In the coming year, we will also be entering into a similar relationship with Thorworx, in the hope of being able to offer an even wider range of products and services.
